Make Moving Less Stressful with these 8 Moving Tips

Everyone has to move at least one time during their life. It can be quite stressful but good planning can make all the difference! I've moved many times and it never gets any easier. Soo to make things a bit easier for you... I've collected up a few tips to help your moving day be less stressful. I'm hoping to move to a bigger home within the year and I'll be one happy mama if I can remember all of these tips!

A few tips to help your packing go a little bit smoother:

• While your packing, sort out the things that you no longer want or need. Donate, Sale or Giveaway your unwanted things.
• Make sure your boxes don't weigh more than 50lbs so they'll be easier to move.
• Wrap up all breakable items with newspaper or bubble-wrap.
• Make sure all boxes have a top than can close securely.
• Make sure your boxes are safely packed and don't rattle. Don't over pack or under pack the boxes.
• Don't pack breakable items with un-breakable items.
• Label each box with a Permanent Marker to make unpacking easier.
• To make unpacking easier - Try not to pack up items that belong in different rooms. Keep things together.
